Game Designer 

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accuracy of data and delivery of data and does testing before
  • Able to provide good quality system designs and scripts for new content.
  • Provide balanced game content within the set timeline and is highly proficient while utilising Microsoft Excel for scenario simulation
  • Analysis of monetization techniques and discerns which to apply to the game.
  • Develop comprehensive and detailed game design documents and specifications
  • To analyse user feedback and social metrics to adjust game play and design
  • Work with engineers, artists and data teams to iterate and tune designs in a collaborative manner

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of game design experience with a minimum of 1 to 2 shipped game titles
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and it’s relevant functions such as VLOOKUP Tables
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a personal focus on goals and metrics
  • Highly efficient documentation skills
  • Programming and/or art experience will be an added advantage

 

 

Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities:

  • Required to determine resource levels to support current and future QA requirements for project assigned.
  • Evaluate milestone deliveries and ensure that focus testing is carried out at the prescribed time for each title.
  • Manage the compilation of comprehensive test plans on pre-release versions of software, public beta release versions of software and pre-tech versions of software and to evaluate bug write-ups of any defects or design issues found during testing.
  • Test, tune, debug and suggest the detailed refinements to ensure quality and playability of a finished game.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to liaise effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail is also vital.
  • Applicants must be self-motivated, responsible and versatile.
  • A passion for gaming and expertise in game playing in various game genres, both online and offline is essential.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 year(s) of QA experience with a minimum of 1 shipped game title.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in the gaming industry

  • Highly efficient documentation skills
  • Programming experience will be an added advantage

 

 

User Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure knowledge of each product (including Budget Planning and rolling forecasts, key selling features, milestone delivery dates, demo ability, market and genre status and history, and any territory specifics and competitor titles).
  • Help manage marketing budgets across the product portfolio
  • Represent the company and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing a team of executives to achieve goals for each product. At the same time, this person must be able to roll up their sleeves and take over direct marketing management of our games.
  • Assist in the initial set-up and ensure accurate administration and control of product marketing budgets in line with both Budget Planning and rolling forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal and external creative agencies to project manage all consumer marketing campaigns elements. Ensure input and official sign off with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate competent knowledge and understanding of the consumers and the competitive mobile game landscape, current marketing best practice.
  • Ensure team is tracking effectiveness of advertising campaigns and implement continuous improvements and optimization.
  • Source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels.
  • Identify best practices and techniques both inside and outside the social-gaming industry.
  • Work with external partners to coordinate campaigns, analyse shared results and manage select partnerships

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in related field (related experience in gaming industry will be highly valued)
  • High familiarity with online social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and emerging social platforms) and the ability to develop strategies and media plans for as well as quantify the reach, impact and effectiveness metrics of social media marketing campaigns
  • Able to persuade and influence audiences and stakeholders across multiple functional groups.

  • Proven abilities to identify, understand, prioritize, plan and articulate market & customer requirements Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision making
  • Leadership, ability to work as part of a team and establish relationships with other departments
  • Ability to adapt and to manage change
